They always responded quickly with my (many, many) requests and/or questions, would often go out of their way to make sure something was (or needed to be) done ASAP, knew all the ins-and-outs of the home buying process and it’s many confusing obstacles, were flexible about meeting me in person rather than in an office (and it was usually at the house), and were generally a blast to hang out with. In addition, Paul and Lindsey are extremely non-judgmental and open-minded. I really appreciated their willingness to approach diversity, as well as their subsequent commitment toward it throughout my experience. It’s also worth noting that I moved here from Vermont, which has quite a different home buying process than in Texas. At first, this made things pretty daunting simply because I wasn’t used to everything in Texas (things are far more complicated here). But Paul and Lindsey made it a breeze, often acting as counselors who near-effortlessly guided me through those sometimes tricky complications. As a first-time Texas homebuyer, I will always be grateful and appreciative of everything they did in that regard. All in all, Paul and Lindsey were exceptional.
